It has been rumored that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) has plans to introduce its third generation iPad, iPad 3, this September.
According to the reports, which have now appeared in various publications, the iPad 3 will have a screen resolution six times that of the present iPad 2, and users will be able to watch movies and apps with 3D effects.
The Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPad 3 was previously expected to launch in March 2012.
